Welcome to Mofii — an AI character dialogue application designed to provide users with engaging conversations with AI characters across different themed experiences. By downloading, accessing, or using Mofii, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the app.

1. Eligibility

Mofii is intended for users aged 18 and older. By using this app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not provide services to minors or knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Mofii, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application.

3. Service Description

Mofii allows users to:

• Engage in conversations with AI characters, each having unique backgrounds, personalities, and stories.

• Explore four themed categories — Future Vision, Mental Decompression, Wealth Logic, and A Taste Adventure — each offering randomly selected characters for interaction.

• Access quick topic suggestions provided by each character based on their theme for convenient conversation starting points.

Mofii is designed for entertainment, relaxation, and exploration purposes only.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Mofii in a lawful and respectful manner. You shall not:

• Use the app to transmit or share harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

• Attempt to manipulate or disrupt the operation of the app.

• Misuse or reproduce the content, interface, or features of Mofii for commercial or malicious purposes.

5. Account and Data

While Mofii may not require account registration for all features, certain functionalities may collect basic device and interaction data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials or information associated with your use of the app.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within Mofii, including but not limited to design, AI characters, texts, themes, and visual elements, are the property of Mofii or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. AI Character Interactions

Conversations with AI characters are generated algorithmically and are not real individuals. The app’s responses are for entertainment and informational purposes only. Mofii does not assume responsibility for any interpretations, emotional outcomes, or decisions made based on AI interactions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mofii is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mofii and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the app.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Mofii at any time if we believe you have violated this Agreement or engaged in misuse of the service.

10. Updates and Modifications

We may modify or update this User Agreement periodically. Continued use of Mofii after any updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
